Head Chef - Marcin Maliczowski

Marcin's upbringing was filled with the joy of family gatherings around the kitchen. However, it was his first professional stint at La Pied a Tere in London that ignited his passion for cooking. The thrill, precision, and speed of the kitchen, along with its challenges, captivated him, confirming his desire to be a chef. 

 

Marcin's career has been shaped by his admiration for Marco Pierre White and Ferran Adrià. The first time he fell in love with Peruvian cuisine was in 2018 when he savoured his first Ceviche prepared by Cesar Bellido, a moment that inspired him deeply and led to a later opportunity to work with Bellido. Despite his young age of thirty, Marcin's ten years of kitchen experience have propelled him to higher ranks. 

 

When he's not in the kitchen, Marcin stays active with cycling and sports but also loves a trip to a great restaurant, reading books by his favourite chefs or visiting the Natural History Museum.
